With an estimated 1 in 7 people being neurodivergent, the potential for misunderstanding and frustrated communication is rife, especially in this new world of hybrid working arrangements.

Pre-covid, workplace conflict was already making a significant dent in the corporate bottom line, with an estimated cost of £33bn to UK plc each year ($359 bn in the US).

Now more than ever, no company can afford to ignore the need to build communication skills and equip their teams to navigate differences in the way they approach tasks and relate to one another, in order to work effectively together.

This is of particular importance where teams have both neurotypical and neurodivergent team members.

Join our free masterclass on 20 April 2022 at 1pm BST / 8am EDT where we explore how the 4 key habits that underpin all successful relationships can be applied to working with neurodiversity.

Dr Andrea & Jon Taylor-Cummings

Having worked with thousands of people over the past 25+ years, relationship educators Dr. Andrea and Jon Taylor-Cummings have identified four fundamental habits that often make the difference between successful and unsuccessful relationships.

Today, they work with couples, teams and communities across the globe, to help people change their behaviours from habits that are damaging relationships to habits that strengthen them, on purpose. This is especially vital where significant differences exist between people - such as differences in culture, neurodiversity or age.

In this webinar, Andrea and Jon will share an overview of the four habits to help you “show up” better under pressure, have better conversations and strengthen your relationships in the workplace.

The 4 Habits continue to resonate around the world through their TEDx talk, The 4 Habits of ALL Successful Relationships (with over 2.4 million views) and their book of the same name.
