ESSENTIAL NEXT STEPS AFTER AN AUTISM DIAGNOSIS

Discover "Empowered Living" for newly diagnosed adults

Finding out you're autistic can stir up a whole mix of emotions - relief, curiosity, confusion and even anger. It's a lot to take in and sadly, not everyone gets the support they need during this time.  That's exactly why I created this online course: to offer guidance, support and practical tools to help you feel more confident and empowered as you figure things out.

I also get that therapy isn't for everyone - whether that's because of cost, time or just personal preference. This course is a more affordable, flexible option that lets you explore your identity and growth at your own pace and in your own time.

Inside the course, you'll find a wealth of resources and tools to help you:

  • Understand your strengths and challenges: Get clear on what makes you you. Recognising your unique strengths - and the things you find hard - can boost your confidence and help you move through life with more self assurance.
  • Speak up for your needs: Learn ways to express yourself clearly and advocate for the support you deserve - whether that's at work, in education or with the people around you.
  • Build meaningful relationships: Explore ways to connect with others that feel good for you. Whether it's friendships, family or partners, you'll get tools to help you create relationships that are supportive and respectful of your neurodivergence.
  • Tackle executive function challenges: Struggle with planning, organising, or getting started? You’re not alone. We’ll cover practical tips to help you manage those day-to-day challenges more smoothly.
  • Manage sensory experiences: Discover ways to better understand and work with your sensory needs—so you can create more comfort, ease, and joy in your daily life.
  • Boost your overall well-being: We’ll look at self-care strategies that are designed with neurodivergent brains in mind—no cookie-cutter advice here, just real, adaptable tools.
  • Share (or not share) your diagnosis: Whether you're thinking about telling others or keeping it private, we’ll talk through your options and help you feel more confident in whatever you decide.

This course is here to remind you that you're not broken and you don't have to go it alone. You deserve support that actually fits you. And I'm so excited to walk alongside you on this journey.

If you - or someone you care about -  has recently been diagnosed as autistic and is looking for support, guidance and reassurance along the way, this could be your next step.
This course is more than just information - it's a chance to embrace autism with understanding and feel truly empowered to live life in a way that works for you.
Think of it as an investment in confidence, self-acceptance and real practical tools for thriving - not just surviving.
