Â
Inside the course, you'll find a wealth of resources and tools to help you:
Share (or not share) your diagnosis: Whether you're thinking about telling others or keeping it private, we’ll talk through your options and help you feel more confident in whatever you decide.
Â
This course is here to remind you that you're not broken and you don't have to go it alone. You deserve support that actually fits you. And I'm so excited to walk alongside you on this journey.Â

I am the founder of Autism Routemap and I'm truly passionate about offering meaningful, high quality support to neurodivergent people.
With 30 years of experience, I bring together the best of both therapy and coaching to help people grow, heal and thrive. Whether we're exploring a new diagnosis, supporting emotional well-being, strengthening relationships or tackling everyday executive function challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you as you build a life that feels rich, authentic and fulfilling. Â
I'm a registered Speech and Language Therapist with a Master's in Human Communication and I specialise in providing tailored support for young people, adults, parents, educators, partners and employers - anyone looking to better understand and support neurodivergent experiences.Â
Over the years, I've worked in health, education and business settings and I've seen firsthand how powerful the right support can be. My work is all about helping people discover their strengths, feel understood and find their own unique path to a thriving life.
